A new multi-million pound adult acute mental health unit is under development in Boston, Lincolnshire. It is to house 19 single bedrooms with an open green courtyard for the inpatients. The rooms consist of energy efficient underfloor heating and air conditioning for the inpatients.
We’re proud to have recently supplied and installed PEX pre-insulated pipework to deliver efficient, reliable heating from external heat pumps to the new patient rooms throughout the building. This sustainable solution supports energy efficiency and comfort, aligning with the project’s focus on modern, low-carbon infrastructure.
