The ECOPEX® system is a new generation flexible pre-insulated pex pipe system incorporating the latest performance enhancing innovations and providing a comprehensive safe, robust, reliable and thermally efficient heating/cooling distribution solution.
Manufactured in a new purpose-built facility ECOPEX® meets the highest production, quality and technical standards. The flexible pex pre-insulated pipe system is designed for buried use and is suitable for wide range of heating, sanitary and other applications with a service life in excess of 30 years. Being light and flexible, the pipes can be laid easily, quickly and safely accommodating bends in the route and avoiding obstacles when diversions need to be made – and there are no thermal expansion issues to consider.
The flexible pex pre-insulated pipe system is straightforward to install and delivered directly to site in pre-cut lengths for maximum convenience and minimal waste; jointing is equally simple with a wide range of high-quality press and compression fittings available as part of the system that requires no specialist expertise and minimal dedicated tools and equipment to fit.
Complying with standard BS EN 15632-1/2, the system consists of a PE-Xa carrier pipe complete with an EVOH oxygen diffusion barrier, thermally insulated with CFC free polyurethane flexible foam, protected with a PE-LD polyethene outer casing. The use of polyurethane foam provides vastly superior insulation and performance compared to comparable layered non-polyurethane products.
The ECOPEX® pre-insulated pex pipe system can be used to convey various fluid types and provides full corrosion protection as components are non-corrodible. Pipes are provided in cut-to-measure lengths to suit your requirements and are supplied securely strapped and wrapped in coiled rolls.
The system is supported by a 5-year manufacturer backed warranty as standard.

The Ecopex pre-insulated pex pipe system is the perfect solution for hot water transportation with minuscule heat loss. The Ecopex system complies with standards S EN 15632-1/2. It is also complete with an EVOH oxygen diffusion barrier and is a PE-Xa carrier pipe. The pipe is also protected with a PE-LD polyethene outer casing and is thermally insulated with CFC free polyurethane flexible foam. Alongside this, it also comes with a 5-year manufacturer warranty as standard.
These flexible coiled pre-insulated pex pipes offer full corrosion protection and are made to measure once they arrive on site. The pex pipes come in a variety of sizes from 25mm – 160mm, and other sizes can be made by request. The pex pipes also come in lengths up to 380m, making it the perfect solution for large-scale projects. The Ecopex system can be used to transfer various fluid types and are easy to install. As a pipe fittings supplier, we also have a huge range of first-class press and compression fittings you may need to complete the job.
