PRE-INSULATED PEX PIPE FITTINGS AND ACCESSORIES
We provide all types of joint fittings to suit the requirements of your project and/or specification in 6 Bars (SDR11) or 10 Bars (SDR7.4), these include press and compression (screwed) fittings.
Press Fittings
Our press fittings are strong, reliable, easy to use and corrosion resistant. The components are DVGW certified, system moulded made from standard brass suitable for heating, hot water and drinking water applications. We recommend the use of press fittings for buried services.
We offer a comprehensive range including male threaded end connectors, couplings and reducing couplings, elbows, equal tees and an extensive range of tee variants. Sizes available are from 25mm to 160mm.
Compression(screwed) Fittings
Our compression (screwed) fittings strong, reliable, easy to use and corrosion resistant. The components are DVGW certified, system moulded made from standard brass suitable for heating, hot water and drinking water applications. Note that we do not recommend the use of compression (screwed) fittings for buried services.

JOINT INSULATION
Our jointing insulation system is quick and easy to install without the requirement of specialist tools and equipment. It comprises a polyethylene sleeve foamed with PUR combined with a heat shrinkable seal and is a superior, proven, reliable and durable jointing method.
PIPE FITTINGS/ELBOWS
Ecopex pre-formed elbows are manufactured in sizes of 1m x 1.5m and are available for both heating (6 Bars) and sanitary (10 Bars) Uno and Duo systems, including for the PLUS insulation pipe range.
ANCILLARY ITEMS
Wall Sealing Ring
We can provide neoprene wall sealing rings for where the pipes terminate within buildings or access chambers or alike to help prevent water ingress. Note for high water tables we would recommend pressure wall seals (or equivalent) available from a building entry seal specialist (not available as part of this system).
End Caps
We can provide both heat-shrinkable or plastic type end caps where pipes terminate within buildings or access chambers or alike. The heat shrinkable end caps will protect the pipe insulation from water ingress. We recommend the use of shrink end caps for buried applications.
